Our school welcomes feedback and we encourage you to raise any concerns. Hearing from you helps us improve the way we support our school community, and we are committed to working with you to resolve any issues.

If something isn’t right, we recommend speaking first with your child’s teacher, the principal, or another school leader. If you’re unsure who the best person is to talk to, our friendly front office staff can help point you in the right direction.

We also love hearing about the great things happening in our school! If a person, service or program has made a positive difference for you or your family, we’d be delighted to know. Your messages of thanks and encouragement are shared with the teams involved.

You’re welcome to pass on compliments directly to teachers, school leaders or services, or you can use the  Education Directorate contact form to share your feedback.

We ask that all interactions with school staff are respectful. Honest, constructive feedback helps us the most, especially when information is shared clearly, accurately and in a timely way. Verbal or physical abuse, including through email, phone or online communication, is not acceptable and will not be tolerated
